At the Capital One Call Center, OCE Mechanical delivered new mechanical systems as part of the complete renovation of a 74,000-square-foot facility designed to support more than 600 employees. Converting a former department store into a modern workplace required careful coordination, strategic planning, and systems built for reliable day-to-day performance.

From demolition through installation, every phase was executed to support a seamless transition from existing space to fully operational workplace.
