Precision Outdoor Living Make a splash this summer in a custom pool built by Precision Outdoor Living in Broken Arrow, OK.

The homeowners had a great question: “Could we fit a spool into our existing courtyard?”

We turned this brick patio into a place to cool off, warm up, and unwind. The custom 6’ x 14’ spool combines a pool and spa, with a heater for cooler days and a chiller for the Oklahoma heat. Its dark PebbleTec finish gives the water a rich look, while the Chicago brick pavers tie the new pool right into the courtyard.

One of the biggest challenges was getting the equipment connected. We had to dig and trench beneath the house to run the lines to the equipment on the opposite side. It took careful planning, but we found a way to make the design work.

Is it relaxing under the big shade tree on the deck, grabbing a table on the turf, enjoying a coffee and pastry beneath the massive patio cover, or challenging friends to a game of co****le? We’d love to hear your favorite spot!

We’ve had an incredible week at the Parade of Homes and have truly enjoyed meeting everyone who has stopped by to see this project. Thank you to everyone who has taken the time to visit, ask questions, and share ideas for their own outdoor spaces. It has been an honor partnering with Sol Valley Fine Homes on this beautiful home and outdoor living space.
