I want to make a post regarding some concerns that have been made about my business. I have been informed recently that I supposedly dont respond to customers. I want to address this by saying I never have and never would intentionally ignore a customer. I always make sure I respond to all voicemails📨 and text messages I get from you customers and potential customers. I made a vow from day 1 of starting this business that I would not be the contractor that doesn't respond to people, as that has always been a big pet peeve of mine with other business' out there. I recieve many spam calls daily along with spam text messages and everytime I answer one just to make sure it truly is spam it turns out it is.

If you call ☎️ and get my voicemail please leave a message or send me a text and I will make sure I get back to you. If you don't leave a voicemail or send me a text I do assume it was just another spam call as I do get multiple a day. If you DON'T get a voicemail box that states that you called Oakes Solutions and to leave your name and number and what work you're looking to have done you have not contacted Oakes Solutions. The number is 8146484656

As spring 🌷 comes to an end and summer🌞 begins, I wanted to take a moment and give a shout out 🗣 to all my amazing customers. Hearing the compliments from everyone about my work 🛠, and all the word of mouth referrals means alot. I started this business to create homes and structures people would be happy to spend time 🕑 at, but to also be able to go home each night feeling accomplished and be able to take pride in a hard days work. I have been able to accomplish those goals 🥅 and am excited to continue doing this each and every day. Here's some pictures 🖼 of jobs that have had major transformations already this year. I'd like to take a moment this evening and give a huge shoutout📢 to all my customers from this past year, and also previous years. Today is officially the start of year 3 being in business🎉. There's no way this would've been possible if it wasn't for you, the amazing customers that trust me to make your hopes and dreams come true, and to fix problems that arise with your properties. I thank everyone of you🤝, and especially for spreading my name to others. Almost every new customer I speak with says they've received my info from a previous satisfied customer. It has been a busy year for Oakes Solutions and I personally can't wait to see what year 3 looks like as I continue to improve and grow my business. For now though I thank you all and will leave you with some pictures📸 from jobs that were done in this past year.
