Running a portable generator too close to your home can be deadly.

🚨 Carbon Monoxide is colorless, odorless, and fatal
🚫 Never run a generator:
• Indoors
• Near doors or windows
• Under decks or porches

✅ Safe rule:
Generators must be at least 20 FEET away from your home and always outdoors.

⚡ Every storm we see generators placed dangerously close to houses. One mistake can put your family at serious risk.

If you’re unsure your setup is safe, give us a call to check it before you use it.

Also, test your carbon monoxide alarms to make sure they’re functioning properly.
