Position:
Experienced Construction Trades Specialist
Location: Various house-flip rental projects; next project planned in Raleigh, NC/Garner NC
Schedule & Travel: Occasional job sites up to ~1 hour+ commute one-way. Must be able to travel reliably.
Scope of Work:
• Installing and repairing Sheetrock
• Painting
• Flooring
• Plumbing
• General Construction support on house renovation and rental flips
• Ability to work independently and reliably when the supervisor is off-site
Pay Structure:
• Pay based on performance evaluated during the first week on the job
• Compensation adjusted thereafter based on proven skill and reliability

• Minimum 8–10 years of hands-on experience in residential construction/trades
• Proven proficiency in Sheetrock, painting, flooring, plumbing, and general renovation tasks
• Must be self‑motivated, dependable, and capable of working unsupervised when needed
• Reliable transportation and ability to commute ~1 hour to project sites
• Comfort with house flip / rental rehab environment
• Available to commit long‑term and follow through on projects
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and safety-conscious mindset
