New Project Completion‼️‼️ This project had nearly everything newly installed. Check out the before and after on this property. Thank you to Ainsley Hudson from Hudson Hillard Designs for designing this great landscape layout!

-Concrete patio extension with planting joints

This project was BIG‼️ check out the post about phase 1: with pictures of the landscaping!

In this phase, we needed to fix the home’s retaining wall and fence with top priority. Here is the before and after!

Here is phase 2: woodwork
-2 new wooden beams to replace old one as support for the porch
-2 new posts the support the beams
-Small wooden screen next to the stairs
-Large wooden screen to hide electrical panel with service door for when needed
-Privacy fence on top of concrete retaining wall
-Reinforced concrete retaining wall with rebar and more concrete
-New ceiling under the porch with trim
-New service door for the crawl space (level with concrete so it’s flush)
-New fence gate for small storage space

This project required a lot of patience and hard work. We are happy with the outcome and the customer loved it!

This project was BIG‼️ All the work completed at this home will be divided into two posts: phase 1: landscaping and phase 2: woodwork

Here is phase 1:

We completed the following:
-all new concrete patio, walkway towards front of the home, and walkway towards the alley
-small strip stone retaining wall
-stepping stone walkway from main patio to concrete walkway
-all new flowers, bushes, and trees
-new drip irrigation
-all new gorilla hair mulch and black granite rock install
-new grass

-new Hybrid Columbine and boxwoods were planted 🌳
