Less water. Same great yard.

We're tearing out the thirsty grass, laying rock through the back and side, and keeping a circle of green for color. On secondary water, that means a smaller bill without giving up curb appeal.

Worried about water this summer? Reach out and we'll take a look.

This is one of the most common sprinkler mistakes we see, and most homeowners have no idea it's happening.

When you mix gear driven heads and spray heads on the same zone, your grass might look green but your system is actually overwatering one area and underwatering another. The fix is simple: swap that spray nozzle out for a rotary or spider nozzle. Same coverage, same green lawn, way better water distribution.

Small changes like this can make a big difference in your water bill and the health of your yard.

Brigham City homeowners, your yard doesn't have to fight against Utah's dry climate.

We're in the middle of a xeriscaping project right now. The homeowner gets to keep a play area with grass, and the rest gets transformed with w**d barrier, decorative rock, and drought tolerant plants that still bring color and life to the yard.

Less water. Less maintenance. A yard that actually works for your lifestyle.

This is what a proper sprinkler setup actually looks like.

There's two things most people get wrong when installing a sprinkler system:
1️⃣ Head spacing. Every area needs to be double covered to avoid dry spots in your lawn.
2️⃣ Too many heads on one zone. Overloading a zone drops your water pressure and kills your coverage.

Peak Utah Landscaping designs, installs, and repairs sprinkler systems all across Northern Utah. Reach out and let's get your yard dialed in.

We finished this project a few weeks ago. Check out how it's holding up!

Flagstone patio, rock landscaping all the way around the house, and a design built to stay low maintenance and keep that water bill down. Still looking sharp.

Flagstone is one of the best ways to extend your outdoor space without the cost of cement or pavers, and it gives you a space you'll actually want to spend time in.

This is exactly what we build for homeowners across Northern Utah. Clean, modern, and built for Utah's climate.

If you're fixing your sprinklers every spring, do the math.

Repair after repair adds up. At some point a full replacement is the smarter move.

Old manifolds. Cracked lines. Timers that don't work.
A properly designed system fixes all of it, with better coverage, better pressure, and fewer headaches.

Stop patching. Start fresh.

Reach out to Peak Utah Landscaping and let's get it done right.

Top 3 sprinkler repairs we're seeing all over Brigham City right now 👇

1️⃣ Cracked pipes from systems that weren't winterized (or weren't done right)
2️⃣ Leaks in the valve box from loose manifold threads — hello swampy yard and high water bills
3️⃣ Sprinkler heads misting instead of spraying, leaving your lawn with dry spots

If any of these sound familiar, it's time to get it looked at.
