A closer look at the progress taking shape at 25 Garvey Street in Everett!
Callahan Construction joined our client, The Neighborhood Developers, along with Everett Mayor Van Campen and city officials for a tour of the project, which will bring 125 affordable homes for families to Everett’s Commercial Triangle Economic Development District.
Designed with community in mind, 25 Garvey is the first new affordable housing project in Everett in 50 years and will feature five stories, a community room, and an expansive courtyard with outdoor gathering spaces and a children’s play area.
We’re proud to work alongside TND to bring this project to life and help create more affordable housing opportunities for Everett families.

We’re proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Novo Riverside Commons, a 201-unit multifamily community in Concord, Massachusetts, developed by Ta**us and L&G.
Designed to meet Passive House standards, Novo Riverside Commons will incorporate geothermal and solar technologies to create a high-performance, energy-efficient community. From the buildings themselves to the landscaped outdoor spaces, public trails, and extensive site improvements, sustainability is at the heart of the project.

Last week, we were proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of Novo Riverside Commons with Ta**us Investment Holdings and L&G Asset Management.
The 201-unit multifamily community in Concord, Massachusetts, is designed to meet Passive House standards. The project will incorporate geothermal and solar technologies to create a high-performance, energy-efficient living environment. Bringing this vision to life requires close coordination across structural, building envelope, MEP, and site construction disciplines.
We’re excited to continue building this innovative project and look forward to seeing Novo Riverside Commons take shape in Concord.
