Our clients came to us with inspiration, ideas, and a vision for what they wanted their home to become. Together, we were able to take those ideas & combine them with our Beech Home Design. Creating a plan that feels uniquely theirs, a home that truly fit their lifestyle 🏡✨

Congratulations to the Yost’s & their growing family! ✨🏡🧑‍🧑‍🧒

Their “Coming Soon” sign is officially up, and today marked another exciting milestone with their pre-construction meeting with our team!

This meeting is one of the most important steps before construction starts. Together, we review every detail — from the exterior designed to each interior selection — to ensure everyone is on the same page before we break ground 🏗️

By finalizing the plan now, we can minimize questions during the build, keep the project, moving efficiently, and help make the entire building experience as smooth as possible!

Accessory Dwelling Units are the new hot item in home construction right now!!

They provide affordable multigenerational housing, an option for an Airbnb, a guest suite and more 😁

We are currently helping multiple clients build and design an ADU. People have lots of questions about what is allowed in Delaware and how this is possible.
