This fully customized home design was initially inspired by our popular Holly home plan, and our sales specialist Cassie worked closely with the clients to redesign into their ideal vision for their new home!

This home is located in a flood zone in Dagsboro, so the foundation height was expertly determined so that the ground floor is completely out of the flood zone, helping to reduce home insurance costs. 🙌
