McCauley Mechanical Construction

10/07/2026

October is Careers in Construction Month, a time to recognize the skilled people who build the spaces, systems, and infrastructure our communities rely on every day.

At McCauley, we’re proud to celebrate the pipefitters, sheet metal workers, welders, apprentices, and other skilled professionals who bring expertise, craftsmanship, and dedication to every project.

Here’s to the people building what’s next.

Great outcomes start with a great team!

Our 100-year golf outing came together the same way a successful McCauley project does: thoughtful planning, attention to detail, teamwork, and plenty of people willing to step up wherever they were needed.

Thank you to the McCauley team for making the day such a success!

Building the future of the trades means making sure more people can see a place for themselves in the industry.

Chicago Women in Trades is hosting two upcoming open houses for women interested in learning more about training programs and careers in the skilled trades. Attendees can meet working tradeswomen, speak with CWIT staff, and explore the opportunities available.

Good news! In-person open houses have been EXTENDED!

If you missed any of our Summer in-person information sessions, don't worry! We've added two more dates for the Fall in September and October. Now is your chance to learn more about our programs, talk to our staff, and meet working tradeswomen who can give you insight into what it's like to build your own career in the trades.

Dates:
September 30
October 28

Time:
4 PM - 6 PM

Location:
Chicago Women in Trades
2444 W. 16th St., Suite 3

Today, we recognize the skilled tradespeople whose knowledge, craftsmanship, and experience turn plans into reality.

At McCauley, that skill shows up every day—in the shop, in the field, and in the pride our teams take in doing the job right.

To our team and tradespeople everywhere, thank you for the expertise, dedication, and craftsmanship you bring to the job every day.

Great construction takes more than materials and equipment. It takes people.

During National Construction Appreciation Week, we're proud to recognize the people across our industry who bring their expertise, collaboration, and commitment to the work every day.

Here's to the people behind the progress.

Recently, we had the privilege of celebrating a truly special milestone: 100 years of McCauley, with an unforgettable Ladies High Tea at The Drake Oak Brook.

Surrounded by incredible women, past and present, we honored the support, leadership, and presence that have shaped our journey and built our legacy. It was a beautiful afternoon of connection, reflection, and gratitude.

To everyone who joined us, thank you for being part of this moment. Here’s to the generations who brought us here, and those who will carry us forward.
