Kinda chic to make sure each other are clean and spiffy for the next job site🧡

One hill Ernie will die on is these guys MUST look clean and well dressed. He is big on appearance. Residential guys have to stay cleaner than commercial as they’re going in/out of customers homes. Our guys take so much pride in their work and holding up our reputation!

Also, we do have some dag on good looking men over here that look sharp in orange🔥

Last night was very bittersweet as we celebrated Mr Jack Jones (aka THE LEGEND) retirement and birthday. We will 100% be seeing him around and he said he’ll still be dropping in sometime on commercial sites to see the guys work.

We are the extremely lucky ones that he chose EL to retire with and we are certain he wouldn’t have had it any other way🧡

Thank you to everyone that joined us! A special thank you to Beth for helping me plan all this out.

On August 1 EL celebrated 5 years of success! It’s been a wild ride to say the least but, we made it.

First and foremost, thank you to our amazing team. They’re the backbone of our company. They’re hard working, loyal, dedicated, and truly excellent. We won the lottery with each of you🧡

Also, thank you to all of our families, supporters, GCs, and clients. We wouldn’t be where we are without you.

We are praying for an easier year 6 as this year presented some serious struggles and many more successful years in business!

Hsar sent me this pic that was taken just a few days before we snatched Tyler Parker out of Maritime jobsite. He knew he was moving on and honestly he really was making big moves!

What he didn’t know is he had a “not so small” (we told him small) job to tackle, he had 2 guys to run (he knew he was running solo for a bit and that’s all he knew), and we needed him to FLY!

This picture is worth a thousand words as he was enjoying the scenery on his last job as a mechanic. It appeared to be a time of reflection and calm before the storm🧡

When the 2 that steer away from a camera actually get caught on camera….we love you Adam and D!

Fun fact: Adam is forever labeled as the “golden child” and I’ve heard through the grapevine that apparently D is “my favorite”🤣. The truth is we love all of them! (I mean Adam was the first one to come as well as his loyalty is steadfast and D is very much appreciated because he is pretty perfect….the entire crew agrees on that🤷‍♀️)
