We are currently seeking applicants for a RESIDENTIAL helper. This is an entry level position where you have the opportunity to learn from foreman, experienced mechanics, and a superintendents. This is a residential position but, will visit commercial as our guys love to work together on sites.

Requirements are: Very eager to learn, reliable to come to work on time as well as daily, listen (we refer to this as being a sponge where you soak up the knowledge you’re given), upbeat attitude, ability to work with everyone on our team, and the heart for a family environment

Kinda chic to make sure each other are clean and spiffy for the next job site🧡

One hill Ernie will die on is these guys MUST look clean and well dressed. He is big on appearance. Residential guys have to stay cleaner than commercial as they’re going in/out of customers homes. Our guys take so much pride in their work and holding up our reputation!

Also, we do have some dag on good looking men over here that look sharp in orange🔥

Justin and Taw are both fine young men!

Last night was very bittersweet as we celebrated Mr Jack Jones (aka THE LEGEND) retirement and birthday. We will 100% be seeing him around and he said he’ll still be dropping in sometime on commercial sites to see the guys work.

We are the extremely lucky ones that he chose EL to retire with and we are certain he wouldn’t have had it any other way🧡
