I have been using Kim McMillan for years (and am ashamed I am only now doing him the courtesy of a review). Kim is a gem of a contractor - one who is professional, skilled, highly communicative and somehow is extremely fairly priced. As a real estate agent, he has been a godsend to my business and my clients many times. His has done small and large jobs for us throughout the years and on everything, he has been nothing but professional and his finished work has been wonderful. So far I've given him nothing but difficult projects but he has been thorough on them all. Further, he doesn't allow anyone on his team or to work on a job until they are fully vetted by him and well trained. Highly recommended contractor for minor repairs, full remodeling, and of course, beautiful carpentry work.

Finally finished my 30 hour OSHA course. Wish the course was designed for each type of field instead of everything that does not relate to what your company does or is involved with, but it is finally over and now I can move on to dealing with the city's 1 day long permit services. LOL.
