Another lake house remodel done 😊.
Master bath remodel, laundry room, new hardwoods in master bedroom, complete kitchen remodel with Quartz countertops, deck refinish with cable rail system.... Turned out great.

Check out this little 2-day project. We completed the wood trim and reclaimed roofing slate installation on the peninsula bar to complete the game room in this newly remodeled basement.

This fun little project in Connestee turned out great.
Took out the wall dividing kitchen from main living area creating a countertop bar. Converted the screened-in porch to a 3-season room with a sliding pocket door separating the main living area from the added room. New countertops and backsplash and we were able to exactly match these 12-year old cabinets with new ones for additional cabinet/countertop space.
The house is so much more open and ready for entertaining 🥃🍷🍺

Knocked out a set of new stairs with secure under deck storage for a customer in Connestee.

Finally a day without rain and we took full advantage of it getting a deck stained while we enjoyed the sun. 😎☀️

Exterior remodel where we’ll be replacing the roof, installing new siding, and building a timber framed entrance.

And converting a screened porch into a 3-season room and screening in the patio under the porch.
