This is one of the most special projects I have ever done. In 1972, the same year that former mayor and ace hardware store owner came to Brevard. My Grandpa traded his home in Ft Lauderdale for 80 acres between Brevard and Cedar Mtn. He developed it into a wonderful little neighborhood named Lake Hondah. I recently sold my Dad's last lot on the lake to some wonderful people that allowed me to design their home. Getting to build a house in my Grandpa's neighborhood has been such an honor! Every room in the house, even the garage has awesome views of the Lake! This is the short video, the extended version will be posted to my youtube channel soon. Please like and follow!!!!
