Excited to be working on this new development in Fairview, TN. There is a dedicated medical building along with retail fronts and a dedicated coffee shop. Still much to do but it is taking shape.

Our Jefferson Street mixed-use and multi-family buildings are taking shape. One finished with framing while the other is starting framing. We get a lot of questions from curious neighbors about this development. It sounds like folks are eager to see what these will eventually look like. Once we get to the finish line and turn over the buildings, these will add life and activity to this corner of Nashville.

This was a project I renovated back around 2010. The building was closed from tornado damage, and the city realized it was less expensive to remodel an existing building than build new. Work included upgrading elevators, adding fire sprinkler system, and all new MPE. We even found an old science lab that had been locked away and not used for many years.

In a survey of 3,021 residents, a real estate organization found three places to be the most "unmistakably Tennessee" in the Volunteer State. See link below ⬇️

Our Horizon team has phase 2 building 5 complete & the RE team had a quad closing day last week... 4 closings in 1 day!

We started framing on the phase 3 pickleball court and will continue construction this week. It's all coming together.

Modernizing Outdated Commercial Space

Avenue Construction partnered with architects and tenants to design custom office spaces tailored to each business’s unique needs. We completely overhauled the lobby and bathrooms, installed the fire sprinkler system, and added modern amenity areas, shared conference room, and a custom training room. Now we are wrapping up the 3rd floor so future businesses can move right in.

Westpark Exchange: Commercial Office Space Renovation

Over the past year, Avenue Construction has been hard at work bringing new life to Westpark Exchange in Maryland Farms! We’ve worked closely with architects and future tenants to design and build custom office spaces tailored to each group's unique needs. This extensive transformation included full lobby and bathroom renovations, a brand-new fire sprinkler system, and the addition of modern amenity spaces and a shared conference room—including a massive training room for one tenant! We are currently putting the finishing touches on the 3rd floor to get it ready for one business. Buena Vista Apartments: Great progress is happening on-site at our 60-unit multi-family development. Here’s a quick look at where things stand:

Building A: Framing and roofing are wrapping up, and MEP rough-ins are well underway.

Building B: Moving swiftly into the finish stages! Drywall is complete, the first coat of paint is on, and crews are busy with MEP trim-outs, doors, and interior trim.

Another exciting milestone for Horizon!

In just a few short months, every one of the 17 residences in Phase 1 sold and closed, and now Building 5 in Phase 2 is more than 95% complete and 100% SOLD OUT before completion.

A huge part of that success belongs to our exclusive sales partner, Tammi W**d.

From the beginning, Tammi chose to focus exclusively on Horizon. She invested her time learning every detail of the project, understanding our vision, and helping buyers determine whether Horizon was the right fit for them. As an Airbnb Superhost and short-term rental owner herself, she immediately recognized what made Horizon different because she lives this business every day.

Tammi wasn't simply selling townhomes—she was helping buyers invest in an opportunity she personally understands. Her knowledge, enthusiasm, and commitment to every buyer have been invaluable throughout this journey.
