Weekly Lawn Update | June 2, 2026
If your lawn looks brown or frayed after mowing, your mower blades may be dull.
Sharp blades make clean cuts. Dull blades tear the grass, which can stress your lawn and leave it looking unhealthy.
A good rule of thumb: sharpen mower blades every 20–25 hours of mowing or at least once per season.
Healthy lawns depend on good mowing practices just as much as fertilization and w**d control.
