Building Better | Higher Education
This week's ribbon cutting of TCAT McKenzie marks a meaningful milestone for the community! The 20,000 SF academic and administration building has opened! The educational facility provides students with low-bay instructional spaces for technical college programs, along with administrative office and essential support areas. We are incredibly proud to partner with Tennessee College of Applied Technology Henry/Carroll to bring this new facility to life.

Building Better | Office
Completed in 2019, BELL served as Construction Manager at Risk to develop McEwen Block B, the first office/retail building in the vibrant, mixed-use McEwen Northside development. The flourishing walkable and conveniently located development in Cool Springs combines areas to live, work, and play.

Block B contains six stories of Class A office space, as well as ground-floor retail and restaurant space. The building contains a structural steel frame with precast & hand-laid brick companied with a metal panel and curtain wall façade. The outdoor plaza includes irrigated AstroTurf, a bocce ball court, and a fire pit to bring together McEwen Northside’s residents, colleagues, and visitors.

Project Update | TSSAA
The new, two‑story 19K SF headquarters for the Tennessee Secondary School Athletic Association is nearing completion! The facility has been built in front of the existing office in Hermitage and has maintained full operations throughout construction. The project provides modern office space to support TSSAA’s expanded staff and statewide mission. Stay tuned for final photos!

Construction is getting started on CMGC10 within Nashville's I-40 downtown loop. This project will replace four I-40 bridges over 8th Avenue, helping create a safer, more reliable transportation network for the thousands of residents, workers, and visitors who travel through every day. Building Better | Civil
Completed in 2024, Ashwood 12 South required extensive sitework in a dense urban environment. BELL's Civil Division blasted and hauled off more than 26,000 CY of rock, performed excavation and shoring along 12th Avenue South, and installed the utility infrastructure serving the development. In addition to fire water, domestic water, sanitary sewer, and storm drainage systems, BELL completed public infrastructure improvements and served as the project's Master Plumber and Fire Sprinkler Contractor.
