We recently celebrated the Grand Opening of Cypress Creek Golf Course in Mobile, Alabama! Previously known as the Linksman Golf Club, this beautifully positioned green was given a full renovation by our team at Jerry Pate Design. The players present at the Grand Opening said they are already loving the course, and we were honored to attend the celebration!

From 100 acres of overgrown timber and impassable washouts to a modern, tournament-quality landmark.

We are thrilled to share our collaboration on the complete overhaul of the historic Linksman Golf Club now renamed the Cypress Creek Golf Course at Riviére du Chien Park in Mobile, Alabama!

Our main objective wasn't just to make the course look beautiful, it was to make it resilient. Because 14 of the 18 holes sit directly on the water, we utilized heavy-duty drainage engineering, raised low-lying corridors by up to 9 feet, and planted salt-tolerant grasses to handle coastal storm surges.

Cypress Creek Golf Course is open for public play!

Be among the first to take on Mobile County's new Jerry Pate-designed course.

Limited advance-reservation tee times for foursomes are now available Fridays through Sundays from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and Thursdays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Green fees are $65, including cart. Call 251-753-9540 to book. Reservations are limited while the turf matures.
