This customer has tall ceilings in the garage and decided he wanted a vehicle lift. To get the tracks and doors up near the ceiling and out of the way, we took his standard lift garage doors and converted them to high lift garage doors. We do this all onsite; from fabricating the tracks, to weighing and re-springing the door. This also included removing the standard trolley garage door openers and adding Liftmaster Elite wall mount openers along with ball bearing rollers for quiet and smooth operation.

Replacing the springs on this parking garage door in Silverdale.

We keep track of the cycles on this door using Liftmaster’s built in cycle counter on the Liftmaster HCTDCUL Overhead Gate Opener. . This helps us replace the springs before they break, keeping the door operational, and prevents tenants cars from being stuck in the garage.

A nice upgrade to Clopay’s Bridgeport insulated steel doors. New seals all the way around the opening will keep the cold wind out and the heavy duty hardware with ball bearing rollers keeps the door running smooth and quiet.
