A milestone worth celebrating at Loma Linda University Children’s Health Specialty Clinics!

NGi is proud to have contributed to this new 105,000-square-foot facility, working alongside Layton Construction, Mascari Dinh Architects, and an outstanding project team.

Our scope included interior and exterior metal stud framing, fireproofing, drywall, sheathing, rough carpentry, and specialty exterior finishes featuring fiber cement panels and terracotta siding.

From framing to finishing touches, this project showcases the craftsmanship, collaboration, and dedication of our NGi team and trade partners.

Congratulations to Loma Linda University Health and everyone involved in reaching this milestone, including CR Insulation, CSI, and Nelco. We're grateful for the teamwork behind a facility that will serve children and families throughout the Inland Empire.

Nevell Group, Inc. Names Chris Taylor Chief Executive Officer

Nevell Group, Inc. (NGi) announced Chris Taylor will be named Chief Executive Officer, effective January 1, 2027. Taylor succeeds Michael Nevell, who has led NGI as Co-Founder and CEO since the company’s inception in 2003. Michael will remain Chairman of the Board.

Taylor has served as President since 2021, where he played a key role in strategy, growth, operations, and leadership development.

“Chris joined Nevell Group, Inc. in 2012 after leading a large local branch for a national mechanical contractor,” Nevell said. “He was in roles at Nevell Group as Director of Operations, SVP Operations, Chief Operating Officer, President, and now will be our next CEO. The company is currently experiencing record growth. I am confident that Chris and his Senior Leadership Team will lead the organization successfully into the next chapter.”

“I’m grateful for this opportunity to build on what Michael, Bruce, and the entire Nevell Group team have created,” Taylor said. “NGi has always been about our people, the relationships we build, and the work we deliver. I’m looking forward to working alongside our employee-owners as we continue moving the company forward.”

The leadership transition marks the next step in NGi’s long-term succession plan, reinforcing the company’s focus on its people, clients, and growth as a 100% employee-owned organization.

Nevell Group has once again earned the AWCI EIFSmart Contractor designation.

This recognition reflects the continued effort, training, and expertise of our EIFS plasterers and management team. To qualify as an EIFSmart Contractor, at least 40% of EIFS installers and one management-level employee must hold the required certification.

For more than 20 years, our EIFSmart Contractor status has supported our ability to meet EIFS specification requirements, maintain our listing on the National EIFSmart Contractor Registry, and demonstrate our continued dedication to quality and professionalism within the EIFS industry.
