🚨 BLUE OX CONTRACTING IS HIRING A WORKING CREW LEAD 🚨

I’m looking for an experienced, dependable construction lead who can take charge of a job, keep the crew moving, and still work alongside them.

Our work includes:

• Framing and drywall
• Flooring and tile
• Trim, doors, and windows
• Siding, soffit, and fascia
• Interior and exterior painting
• General remodeling and repairs

You must be reliable, produce quality work, communicate well, and be able to complete jobs without needing constant supervision. A valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, and your own basic hand tools are strongly preferred.

Starting pay is $25–$30 per hour based on experience and ability. Steady work is available for the right person, with room to grow as the company grows.

Most jobs are around Brazil, Terre Haute, Greencastle, Rockville, and the surrounding area.

Message me directly with your experience, the type of work you’re strongest at, your availability, and a few pictures of your past work.

We had the opportunity to help clean the Liberal Arts Rotunda at DePauw University in Greencastle. A building like this takes careful planning, the proper equipment, and plenty of attention to detail—and the finished results speak for themselves.

Can’t wait to do it again & we appreciate the opportunity to work with a renowned campus such as DePauw university
