An upside-down lookout tower on black steel stilts.
Bedrooms sit on the entry level.
Upstairs, a glass-wrapped great room and bunk room under a shed roof that rises toward the view.

A 6' cantilevered lookout balcony up top.
An approx. 360 sf west deck with a hot tub below.

Three bed, three bath.
Approx. 1,440 sf, sleeps 8.
Two levels on a 24' × 30' footprint.

We wanted a place where a family can gather up in the trees while the land underneath stays mostly untouched.
