First step in processing stumps & large chunks of waste wood; downsizing with an industrial shredder.

Next step will be screening the material to separate the soil from wood. Then, off to the tub grinder to make mulch !

FROM BRUSH PILE → MULCH

Ever wonder what happens to all the brush, limbs, trees and woody debris that come through our facility?

This is the process.

1️⃣ STARTING MATERIAL
What looks like a massive pile of branches, logs, stumps and brush is the raw material we process.

2️⃣ HAMMER MILL
The material is fed through our heavy-duty hammer mill, where these massive hammers break and grind the wood down into a consistent mulch material.

3️⃣ FINISHED PRODUCT
After processing, that same pile of raw material becomes a usable mulch product ready for landscaping, gardens, beds and around trees.

Nothing goes to waste. We take material that would otherwise have to be disposed of and turn it into a useful landscaping product.

That’s the difference between a brush pile and a finished mulch product.
