The Donovan Mitchell Family Athletic Center at Greenwich Country Day School is a standout example of how pre-engineered building systems can support complex, high-use athletic facilities. Industrial Building Systems provided supply and erect services for this 30,000 SF athletic center, working alongside Turner Construction Company and ARC/Architectural Resources Cambridge, Inc. to deliver a structure that blends conventional steel with pre-engineered metal building efficiency.

Designed to house a full-size NCAA basketball court that can be divided into two high school-sized courts, the facility supports daily school athletics, large events, and off-season training. The result is a durable, flexible building that meets demanding performance requirements while maintaining a refined architectural presence on campus.
