We just wrapped up the installation of 20,000 ft.² of sod. We also performed all other landscape tasks at this new location of Extra Space Storage Branford Connecticut, (formerly regal cinemas theater). We had originally Hydro-seeded the areas, but the client had changed their mind. This resulted us in having to power rake and regrade the property. Our crew got it done with no issues. 💪🤙

A customer has been experiencing some large amounts of water due to the recent significance in our rain cycle. We installed an underground gutter downspout drainage system, completely waterproofed the foundation, added a decorative drainage bed along the back of the home, and we then assisted with a rain collection system that is tied into the gutters.

We completely took down a large hazardous tree today that was extremely infested with the infamous spotted lantern flys.

This tree is at a well known property in Branford that is soon to be a brand new Carwash location. The tree was precisely cut from the top down using our Ariel lifts, then dropped, cut into pieces, and, chipped/hauled offsite.

Finishing up the last touches on this two-week remodel of a beautiful lakefront property in Higganum.

One of the tasks was to create a parking area over a cliff, which required a concrete retaining wall strengthened by ree-bar anchored 2 feet into the existing ledge.

We also formed and poured a new concrete staircase from the street to the front door.

Due to the homes narrow road, we were unable to obtain concrete by delivery, instead, we mixed and poured 40,500 pounds of concrete entirely by hand!

Our grounds maintenance crew spent the day at a beautiful home in North Branford. After an extensive pool installation, some various services on the property needed some attention to match the pools aesthetic. We installed a river rock water diversion swale, installed several garden beds, installed river rock along the pool’s perimeter, installed several ground covering/root stabilizing shrubs along the rear properties slope, and mulched all garden areas.
