This group fills our bucket in ways we didn’t know we needed.

In the male-populated fields we live and work in every day, having a space built on camaraderie, honest communication, and genuine support feels like a deep breath. Our time together is refreshing. A reminder that we do not have to navigate these industries alone.

Yes, we make meaningful connections. Yes, we share referrals and support one another’s businesses. But this group is about so much more than networking. It is about encouragement, understanding, shared experiences, and showing up for one another.

Thank you to every woman who helps make this group the safe space, the sounding board, and the warm hug that it is. We are so grateful to be building something this special alongside you all.

Calling all WITS - Women In Trades & Skills 💙

What’s a one-year celebration without a little something sweet? We’re celebrating ONE YEAR of this incredible community at our September Happy Hour, and cannot wait to have the girls together to toast to everything we’ve built.

One year ago, 4 of us sat down for the very first Women in Trades meeting. Last month, about 20 of us showed up for happy hour. 🥹

We are so proud of what this group has become. Women in the trades shouldn't have to figure it all out alone, and this past year we've shared advice, swapped stories, and cheered each other on. Every woman who has joined us made this group what it is.

To everyone who came to a happy hour, brought a friend, or took a chance on walking into a room full of new faces: thank you! You're the reason this works.

Right now, we are fiercely protecting this space for women currently working in the trades to vent, connect, and grow together. We aren't quite ready for affiliates or spectators just yet.

Thank you to every woman who showed up and continues to help us grow this group the right way.

We’ve been intentional about keeping WITS focused specifically on women working in the trades industry, and that’s what makes this community so special. There’s something pretty powerful about getting a group of women together who understand what it’s like to work in industries where we’re often outnumbered.

We’re growing — strategically, organically, and with an incredible group of women behind it. And we’re just getting started. 💪

Mark your calendars Ladies!

As WITS continues to grow, we want to be intentional about preserving what makes this group special. WITS was created for women who are actively working in the trades, construction, restoration, manufacturing, industrial, and other traditionally male-populated industries.

Keeping the group focused helps ensure that every conversation is relevant, every connection is valuable, and everyone in the room shares similar experiences and challenges. There are plenty of networking groups out there, but this was built with a very specific purpose.

Thank you for helping us protect that vision while continuing to welcome incredible women into our community.

What an awesome night with WITS – Women in Trades & Skills! 💙🔧

Every time we get together, we reminded why we started this group. It’s a space where women working in the trades and other traditionally male-dominated industries can connect, share experiences, celebrate wins, and support one another.

Thank you to everyone who came out and helped make it another great evening. You all are what makes WITS what it is.

If you’ve ever been the only woman on the job site, in the warehouse, in the shop, or at the table… this group was built for you. We’d love to have you at our next happy hour!

Tonight’s WITS meet up was absolutely incredible! Every time we gather, we are blown away by the sheer talent, drive, and passion of the women in our local community.

We are so proud to watch this group grow every month. Getting to know the amazing women breaking barriers and crushing it in their respective trades is inspiring, but the absolute best part? Collaboration. There is nothing quite like the power of a community that has each other’s backs. Being able to collaborate on jobs, share knowledge, and confidently refer business to one another is exactly why WITS exists. We are stronger together! Thanks for coming out ladies!
