ELITE Home Trade Pros is looking for a motivated, business-minded leader to manage and grow our Residential HVAC Service Department.

We’re not looking for someone who simply knows HVAC. We’re looking for someone who understands that running a successful service department requires strong leadership, disciplined ex*****on, measurable accountability, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

At ELITE, we believe exceptional results come from great people consistently following great systems. We’ve established the processes, KPIs, scorecards, and performance standards that define success. Now we need a leader who can manage our team to those expectations, continuously improve performance, and develop our people.

This is a management position, not a senior technician position. Technical knowledge is valuable, but the ability to lead people and manage a successful business is what matters most.

Some pretty amazing before-and-after photos from a recent commercial job.

Our team replaced aged equipment with two complete American Standard systems, including furnaces, air conditioners and thermostats. We also brought the electrical elements up to code and built custom sheet-metal and return-air transition ductwork, along with extensive new venting.

And check out that metalwork! Photo 2 gives you a great look at the custom fabrication that went into this project.

At our team meetings, we talk about being ELITE. Every Time. Every One. Every Day. This is our team living it out. The craftsmanship shows.

Many people were involved in this project - excellent work, to the whole team!

Project Showcase: Our ELITE team is proud to have provided the electrical work for Foundation Heights, a new student apartment community that will give more than 100 Augustana students a modern place to live, learn and build community right on campus.

What absolutely beautiful apartments these are!

A project of this scale takes strong vision and strong partnerships. We're proud to have worked with Augustana University and Lloyd Companies on this project, knowing our finished work will serve Augustana students for generations to come.

September ELITE Actions. We recognize these team members for living out our ELITE values every day. This month, we recognized:

Keith H. and Hayden N. with our Electrical Project New Construction team.

These two were recognized for receiving a high compliment from the general contractor of a luxury home they’ve been working on for over a year. We are so proud of them for showing up and giving their best on this project, day in and day out. It’s not just one good day on the job. This compliment reflects their entire time on the project, and that says a lot about how they’ve shown up!

Brad is always looking out for our installers and technicians. Even in the midst of a lot on his plate, Brad found a lunch hour to care for the field team. He knew they couldn’t make it to the company lunch, so he brought lunch TO THEM.
