Team building at King’s Bowling.
Our team enjoyed a company outing at Kings for appetizers, drinks, bowling, and some friendly competition. It was a great chance to step away from the day-to-day, connect outside the office and jobsite, and spend time together as a team. Congrats to Josh Ryburn for taking home the title.

Built to move what’s next.
At our REGENT Craft project in Kingstown, RI, the installation of the Megadoors marks an exciting milestone. These large-format aviation doors will enable REGENT’s seagliders to move in and out of the building, facilitating the seamless flow between manufacturing, assembly, and testing operations. While the Megadoors were supplied and installed by REGENT Craft, Integrated Builders played a key role in preparing the building to receive them, coordinating the opening sizes, structural steel support, finished concrete floor, electrical control panels, and field conditions required for installation.
It is another example of how early planning, field coordination, and technical ex*****on come together to support highly specialized manufacturing.

Construction Safety Week is a reminder that the strongest safety programs are built through open conversations, shared responsibility, and a willingness to keep improving.
Last week, we held our annual companywide safety meeting, bringing together our PMs, superintendents, and field teams to discuss safety across our active jobsites. With insight from an OSHA representative, we reviewed specific safety concerns, how they were addressed, and what our teams can do moving forward to keep our jobsites safer and better coordinated.
The discussion also gave our project teams the chance to share what they are seeing in the field, from subcontractor safety practices to areas where communication, planning, and accountability can continue to improve.
Safety is an everyday responsibility built on awareness, accountability, and teamwork.

Integrated Builders had a great night attending the CoreNet Global New England Chapter Awards of Excellence!
We were honored to have one of our repositioning projects nominated for the People’s Choice Award. While we did not win, we were proud to be included alongside such an incredible group of projects.
Thank you to CoreNet for the nomination and for hosting such a memorable evening. The caricature artist after the awards was absolutely amazing and added such a fun touch to the night.

Real project value often comes from decisions made early.
On this project, Integrated Builders reduced complexity, avoided unnecessary scope, and generated substantial buyout savings through targeted fire protection and mechanical optimizations. A smart permitting strategy and early release of long-lead equipment also helped maintain momentum and protect the schedule from start to finish.
