🎯 Good Shots, Great Company, and a Whole Lot of Fun!
Our 4th Annual Integrated Builders Clay Shoot at Addieville East Farm was a blast!
From friendly competition and a few impressive shots to plenty of laughs along the way, it was another great day.
A big thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make this year's event such a success. We're already looking forward to next year!

Phase 1 has been completed on schedule and we are moving into Phase 2 of an 11,050 SF expansion at 470 Constitution Drive.
The shell and core addition is designed to integrate directly with the existing facility while expanding its operational and logistics capabilities. The project includes new foundations and structural steel, an 8-inch concrete slab on grade, insulated metal panel exterior, TPO roofing, a new drive-in door and loading dock, along with interior building upgrades and site infrastructure improvements, to include the addition of a 22-spot expanded parking lot for the tenants' employees.
All of this work is occurring in and around an active manufacturing tenant of hi-grade medical device components, while keeping them 100% operational and not impacting their product deliveries. A testament to the professionalism and level of onsite communication and coordination that Integrated Builders brings to every project. From the issues impacting development today to what it takes to move complex projects forward, it was a valuable conversation and a great opportunity to connect with clients, partners and colleagues across the industry.

A tight timeline, two pools, a two-story waterslide and one seriously challenging ceiling.
We recently completed the installation of a new wet sprinkler system within the pool area at the Hanover YMCA, delivering the project on time within a six-week construction window.
The work included 168 new sprinklers, new mains and piping, and a new control valve station throughout approximately 13,600 SF of pool space with ceiling heights reaching 30 feet.
Access was one of the biggest challenges. Our team erected working platforms and scaffolding over the two pools simultaneously, including scaffolding around a two-story waterslide, while navigating a curved roofline and two roof sections at different elevations.

Integrated Builders has been awarded an $83 million manufacturing and logistics project for a private client. Our team will provide preconstruction and construction management services for the complex demolition and redevelopment program, highlighted by a new 243,000 SF build-to-suit, multi-floor industrial warehouse and logistics center constructed around an existing facility that will remain in place.
The facility will feature 37-foot clear heights, a 63,000 SF mezzanine, automated material handling and storage systems, and specialized areas for high-pile storage, logistics operations, metrology and testing, offices, and administration.
Big, complex projects start with smart planning. We’re proud to bring our preconstruction and advanced manufacturing expertise to the table from day one.

We’re giving this industrial building a serious transformation.
This project is a true “take it apart and put it back together better” kind of renovation. We’re opening up the interior, removing portions of the existing mezzanine, reworking the structure, and completely refreshing the exterior façade.
The goal is simple: keep what works, rethink what doesn’t, and turn the existing building into a modern, flexible facility ready for what’s next.
And with solar panels incorporated into the roof, the transformation goes beyond looks. It’s about making the building work better, too.
Sometimes the best building isn’t a new one. It’s the one you already have, reimagined.

PROGRESS FROM THE GROUND UP
Major progress continues at United Logistics Center as the concrete wall panels are up and structural steel is complete.
With the building structure now in place, the project is moving into its next phase as work continues across the site.
