Some jobs look simple until you get under the building. This one took 30 tons of flowable fill out from underneath, then a new concrete foundation in its place. Hard work, and the kind our crew shows up for.

What it took:
• Dig out and haul 30 tons of flowable fill
• Work in a tight spot under an existing building
• Set a new concrete foundation where that fill used to be
• Keep the rest of the site moving while we did it
