We started the week off on another new house just south of Pine Center. Got a few lower level walls framed and stood, along with the bearing wall for floor trusses. Got all the floor trusses set and floor sheeting on, then jumped back up to the Cedar Lake house!
The Cedar Lake house is coming together very nicely as we now have all the roof trusses set, almost all the hip and valley framing completed, and we got a small start on roof sheeting.
We also took two afternoons and fixed a leaking pole shed roof(didn’t get to snap any pictures)

With another week of work gone by, comes another weeks worth of progress in sight! We’re getting fairly close to finished up with our part of the house and garage at this beautiful location on Cedar Lake.

Accidentally skipped last week and forgot to get out a progress post. So here is a wrap of the last 2 weeks out at the Cedar Lake house. Coming together nicely! Just about ready for trusses next week, along with getting the 2 garages framed up. Stay tuned

Got a great start on the Cedar Lake Home this week! Lower level walls are framed and standing, and almost all the floor trusses are set.

Finished up the Bay Lake pole shed on Monday morning, then jumped over to a house that had some water leaking through the roof that we got fixed up but didn’t get to sn**ch any pictures. For Tuesday and Wednesday we headed up to Deer River and poured the garage apron and sidewalk, also got the walls framed up and the entry way floor on the back of the house framed up! Thursday we had a large front bay window to replace right downtown brainerd that turned out absolutely amazing! Friday the guys got a free day off to prep for a big job starting Monday bright and early! Stay tuned!

Just about finished up doing our part with the Bay Lake pole shed after this last week. A few odds and ends with some trim work, clean up, and we’re done! Also managed to make some time to head down to St. Mathias to form up and pour a small garage apron.

Another week gone by with some great progress showing itself! Finally was able to make the trek back up to Deer River to pour the garage slab, formed up the sidewalk and garage apron, and put in 3 dry stack corses of block under the house.
Bay lake pole shed got the soffit and fachia, along with some wall steel, corner trims, couple windows installed; and an additional storage mezzanine above the bathroom/utilities.

A full week at the Bay Lake pole shed, and we made some great progress! The little bit cooler weather has the guys working harder to keep them warmer!

More progress on the Bay Lake pole shed! Also jumped on a roof in Randall in need of new shingles(didn’t get a chance to take finished pictures) But it turned out great!

A slow but progress filled week. Got the roof steel on the Bay Lake pole shed, and framed up part of the bunkhouse off the back corner. Also took a little road trip up north of Remer on our Friday and formed up a garage slab to get poured next week!

This weeks update on work getting completed! The Bay lake pole shed is ready for roof and sidewall steal. Then we filled in the rest of the week with 2 roofing jobs. The guys had a great week!
