To our community, clients, and neighbors:
I want to speak directly to everyone regarding the recent discussions surrounding post-storm projects handled by Exterior Design Plus LLC. As the owner, I take our 34-year local reputation seriously, and I owe you complete transparency about where things stand and how we operate moving forward.
Following the severe storm in March, scaling up rapidly with third-party sales representatives and out-of-town management created severe communication and quality control breakdowns. That model failed our standards and failed our clients. Two months ago, I completely severed ties with those third-party groups and restructured our operations to take back 100% direct, local control over all new business, sales, and management.
To be strictly clear regarding past projects sold and managed by those former third-party representatives: those third-party entities remain legally and operationally responsible for stepping up, correcting their errors, and finishing their work properly. They will not receive client compensation until those jobs are completed to full standard. I am not letting them off the hook or absorbing their liabilities, but I am committed to helping affected homeowners navigate those contract details.
For every single project handled directly by my local team over the past two months moving forward, I am taking personal responsibility. I am actively reaching out to every client on our local roster to verify their experience and ensure total satisfaction.
