POOL SERVICE TECHNICIAN — FULL TIME
Primo Pool Care · Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Palmetto
PAY
$15.00/hour during paid training (3–4 weeks)
Up to $25.00/hour after training, based on experience
W-2 employee — real payroll, taxes handled. Not 1099.
SCHEDULE
Monday to Friday, day shift, year-round. Full time.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Service 15–20 residential pools per day on an assigned route
- Brush and vacuum, empty skimmer and pump baskets
- Test and balance water chemistry
- Check pump, filter and salt systems, and report any problems
- Log every stop on your phone as you go
WHAT WE PROVIDE

REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Florida driver's license and a reliable vehicle
- Able to work outdoors in Florida heat, full days
- Smartphone
- Reliable attendance
NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. We train you. Prior landscaping, roofing,
plumbing, construction, moving or warehouse work is a plus.
