🚨 Thinking about replacing your roof?

Before you choose the lowest quote, here’s something most homeowners don’t realize…

Roof replacement prices can vary A LOT — and it’s not just about the materials.

Here’s what can affect the price:

🔨 Labor
Are the workers fully insured employees… or subcontractors paid per job?

📋 Permits & Inspections
Is the company pulling proper permits and meeting Florida code — or cutting corners?

🏠 Materials
Are you getting a full roofing system (underlayment, ventilation, starter, ridge)… or the bare minimum?

🛡 Insurance & Liability
If something goes wrong, are you protected — or taking on the risk yourself?

⏳ Warranty & Accountability
Will the company still be around (and answer the phone) if there’s an issue later?

A lower price upfront can sometimes mean bigger problems later — leaks, failed inspections, or costly repairs.

Make sure you’re comparing what’s INCLUDED, not just the number at the bottom.

If you ever want a second opinion on a quote, we’re happy to help — no pressure.

🏠 Your roof protects everything underneath it. Make sure it’s done right. ✅
