🧡 Celebrating 6 Years with Blaize! 🧡

Today we’re celebrating an incredible milestone, Blaize’s 6-year anniversary with SERVPRO Team Ross! 🎉

Blaize’s journey with our company is one we are especially proud of. He started with us as a Restoration Technician, and over the past six years, he has continued to learn, grow, and prove himself every step of the way. Through his hard work and dedication, he earned his way into the role he holds today as one of our Project Managers.

Blaize is such a great example of what it looks like to grow within a company and truly earn your success. He has never lost the humble, kind demeanor that makes him such a pleasure to work with, and his loyalty and work ethic have made him someone we genuinely value and trust.

Six years also makes Blaize one of our longest-tenured Team Ross employees, and that means more to us than we can say. Having people who choose to grow with us, believe in what we’re building, and continue to invest themselves in this team is something we never take for granted. 💚

Blaize, we are incredibly proud of how far you’ve come and grateful that you’ve chosen to make Team Ross part of your journey. You have earned every step forward, and we can’t wait to see what the years ahead bring.

Congratulations on 6 YEARS, Blaize! Here’s to an amazing milestone and many more to come! 👏🎉💚
