The onsite Prado Spillway Modification project team made progress with early work scopes in the spring, which include clearing and grubbing, soundwall installation, foundation demonstration section, and commissioning the dry batch plant.

In 2025, Barnard completed the Cielo Azul 500kV Switchyard Project. The project involved constructing a greenfield 500kV switchyard and two new microwave communication towers to support system operations and reliability. The primary scope included building four of the six planned bays in a breaker-in-a-half configuration, providing capacity for future expansion. Additional work included eight new 500kV transmission line structures to bring the Ten West Link Transmission Line into the switchyard and four additional 500kV transmission line structures to accomodate future generation interconnections.
