Excited to sign on two welders from Spencer High School through the Extended Career Experience, and congratulations to two of our scholarship recipients:

Josh Voss - completed the Extended Career Experience (ECE) from Spencer High School with Demco and was hired on as a full-time Welder

Tate Zinn - completed the Extended Career Experience (ECE) from Spencer High School with Demco and was hired on as an intern for the summer, before going to school in the fall for his welding certification

Tate Mertens - He received the Demco Manufacturing Scholarship for pursuing a career in Engineering. He graduated from Okoboji High School and will be going into Mechanical Engineering at the University of Iowa. He is also the son of our Engineering Supervisor in Spencer, David Mertens.

Brayden Schuster - He completed the extended career experience (ECE) from Spencer High School with Demco and received our Demco Manufacturing scholarship to pursue his Welding certification.

"Dave is the glue that holds the semi-trailer sales team together. He is an invaluable resource not only for our dealers but also for our sales territory managers. Dave consistently goes above and beyond. He comes in early, stays late, and quite often puts in extra time on Saturdays to stay caught up or complete important projects. His dependability, strong work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile make a noticeable difference to the team."
