Back to school… but not quite back to normal around here!

As the kids head back to school, we want to give a BIG shoutout to Devon and Payton for all their help this summer!

Devon spent quite a bit of time in the field this summer, getting his hands dirty, learning the trade, and gaining some real-world experience alongside Dad. He helped us tackle numerous school plumbing projects, a new apartment, bathroom remodels, corrections on backflow violations, installation of interior grease traps, underground for new house, and plenty of other jobs along the way.

Payton even made it into the field once, because apparently we couldn’t let Devon have all the fun!

Now it’s time for school, homework and football… but Devon still has some work release, so he’ll be helping out whenever he can squeeze in some On Point time.

We’re pretty proud watching these kids learn what it takes to work hard, show up, and be part of building something from the ground up.

Good luck to everyone heading back to school! And to all the parents… we made it!

Off to the grind.

Today Payton’s on the job, clocking in before most people hit snooze this morning! Hauling tools, keeping jobs moving, learning new skills, and helping Dad get the work done (also, probably keeping him in line 😆).

Building a family business means everyone pitches in, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

Hard work. Family. On Point.

Social media took a backseat… because jackhammers don’t run themselves!

Summer help is here! ☀️

This summer, Devon is learning the trade, learning the business, and getting a firsthand look at what it takes to serve customers the right way.

He’s also learning that plumbing involves a lot more than fixing pipes - there’s digging, chipping concrete, hauling materials, and plenty of hard work behind the scenes.

If you see him on a job site, don’t worry, we only make him carry the heavy stuff and run back to the trailer for tools 47 times a day. 😆

Proud to have Devon working alongside this summer and excited to pass along the skills, work ethic, and pride that come with the trade. If you see him around, ask him how he’s liking plumbing so far!
