A nice Greek Revival house I recently inspected in Westborough, MA. Some of the interior floors have been modernized with other types of wood, which look OK, but a treasure trove of original floor boards were found in the attic for future replacements if desired. Discoveries like this and passing suggestions on to clients make inspecting antique homes even more enjoyable.
