If your AC breaker trips once, go ahead and reset it.
If it trips again, quit resetting it.
That breaker's doing its job. Something downstream is pulling more amps than the circuit's rated for. Usually a compressor starting to go, sometimes a corroded disconnect out by the unit.
Keep flipping it back on in 95 degree heat and you're asking a whole lot of one breaker.
