⚡️Deck Transformation ✨

Check out our recent work.

A big deck. I could have used a chemical sealer remover…but there was 3 layers of topcoats. Diamabrush tool for the face of the decks. A Wire wheel for the cracks.

Product used:

✅SW Solid Stain- 3076 Sahara Brushed the first coat. Rolled the 2nd coat with Sharkbite Additive to make the surface slip resistant.

✅SW ProBlock 100 modified oil primer on the outer edges and step risers. 1 coat.

✅SW Emerald Rain Fresh Satin-Super White untinted- putter edges and step risers- 2 coats.

🔆 Exterior Alert 💫

Clients wanted the exterior trim painted, their belco metal door painted, and 3 patio doors and basement walkout door painted.

This project did not disappoint.

Colors used:

White: Emerald RainFresh Satin Sheen Extra White not tinted.

Metal Door and basement walkout door: Forte Satin Sheen-matched to the color in their garage.

⚡️Scrape and sand all surfaces.
⚡️Remove as much of old paint as possible.
⚡️Wood got 2 coats of SW Exterior Wood latex primer, and 2 top coats of Emerald RainFresh.
⚡️Belco Metal door- used an oil primer on all rust spots after scraping and wire brushing the rusty spots and bolts&screws.
⚡️Metal doors got 2 top coats.
⚡️Re-caulked around doors as needed.
⚡️Wood Filled some areas at the bottoms of the trim pieces.

It’s more than keeping up with the curb appeal. Having a plan in place prevents big pocket change repairs and damages to your home.

We were contacted to paint this Library at a local school district.

We painted everything: trim, walls, and the railings.

Client wanted their interior walls painted a different color, ceilings re-painted white, and Vinyl shutters to match their newly installed exterior entry doors. Believe it or not, paint will fade over time.
