Why is it important to hire a licensed arborist when you need tree work done?
To obtain/maintain an arborist license, you must provide proof of proper insurance to the state of Maine routinely. This insurance protects the home owner and their property as well as the arborist.
Also, the state of Maine requires anyone who is being compensated (paid) for ANY residential tree work to be a licensed arborist or have a licensed arborist on site.
