Here is a mini split we added plus future EV charger wiring for a repeat customer.

This customer bought a generator from us in 2024 and already had the minisplit for the room above the garage. He contacted us to add the minsplit to the garage.

The challenge with this install was to use the path the previous installers used as he didn't want another hole in the wall. We made it work by changing the inside linehide to 4" and incorporating a "T" for the new head.

This happy customer is all set up now!

Happy New Year. December was a mad rush of snow, a major cold snap and the holidays. In all of that we're proud to say we were able to donate a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat condenser to a disabled veteran. We heard this veteran's bedroom had poor heating and, in the depth of winter, struggled to get beyond the low 60s. That's cold.

Thanks to Mitsubishi we were able to donate the installation and components to fix this issue. The room is now comfortable for the veteran and his wife has let us know he was warm and comfortable when we had single digit temps in December.

We thank our veterans for their service and we thank Mitsubishi for the opportunity to help this disabled veteran and his family. Happy New Year!

This customer has an expanded farmhouse. The great room wing was added in the 70's. Cathedral ceiling, large wooden beams across the center. It's a beautiful take on renovating a barn for living.

Unfortunately the way the heat and AC were modified for this room, it can't keep up with the summer sun bearing down on the house and there are cold spots in the winter. By positioning the head unit high, we've not only optimized airflow but also maintained the visual appeal of the space, ensuring that the elegant display cabinet remains a focal point.

Tucking the condenser out of sight is a smart move, preserving the home's curb appeal while still providing efficient climate control. The combination of a beautiful farmhouse aesthetic with modern heating and cooling solutions can create a comfortable living space.

The Mitsubishi single zone hyper heat system is an excellent choice for such a large, open area like a great room with a cathedral ceiling, especially given the challenges posed by the summer sun and winter cold spots.
