Big thank you to Burt and Derrick for serving our Kankakee County community with free roof inspections 🙏

They're out there helping neighbors catch small problems before they turn into big, expensive ones that's what Preferred Roofing is all about.

If your roof hasn't been looked at or need a 2nd opinion from real insurance experts (we do retail as well), send us a message. The inspection's free. 779-236-4041

🏠 YOUR HOME. YOUR ROOF. YOUR CHOICE.

An insurance company’s roofer recommendation doesn’t automatically mean you’re required to use that contractor. Choose a roofing company your liking.

At Preferred Roofing & Exteriors, we shoot it straight. We document what we find, explain your repair options, and help you understand the roofing side of the insurance process. IF we find damage.

✅ FREE roof inspections
✅ Local, family operated Business ran on integrity
✅ Honest answers and clear communication
✅ 5-year workmanship warranty

Storm damage? We’ll show you. No damage? You get peace of mind 🙏. Either way, your inspection costs you nothing. 💪

🏠 What does a FREE roof inspection cost you? Absolutely nothing.

At Preferred Roofing & Exteriors, we shoot it straight: either we find damage, or we don’t.

✅ If you have damage, we’ll show you what we found, explain your options, and help you take the next step.
✅ If you don’t, that’s wonderful! You get peace of mind knowing a local company with integrity inspected your roof.

No scare tactics. No invented damage. No pressure.

With all the storms this season, be careful who you trust at your doorstep. If another contractor gives you a different opinion, ask for photos and a clear explanation. You deserve proof not a sales pitch.

We’re local, known in our communities, give back to our community, and family operated. We care about our reputation and the homeowners we serve long after the storm passes.

And when we install your roof, we stand behind our work with a 5-year workmanship warranty, not just the typical 2 year like others. (If they stick around)

📩 Message us today to schedule your FREE inspection. Whether you need help or simply peace of mind, we’re here for you or stop by our office in person.
