You’ve heard the remodeling horror stories.

The project starts at one number… and somehow ends up somewhere else entirely.

We don’t think you should have to hold your breath every time budget comes up. At PCB, your investment is part of the conversation from the beginning.

If you live or work around Boulder County and have been wondering why your cell service has gotten SO bad lately…you’re not alone! 📵

Turns out, there’s more to the story than a bad tower or needing to restart your phone.

This investigative report digs into what’s happening, how our proximity to a federal research facility plays into it, and why so many of us are feeling the effects.

Our Pack spends every day driving between jobsites throughout the area, and trust us… we’ve noticed! 😅

No construction advice today, just a little local PSA. Give it a watch and send it to the next person who says, “Sorry, my cell service sucks!”

Every home starts somewhere different.

Maybe the kitchen creates daily bottlenecks. Maybe you need another floor, a better place to host friends, or enough room for extended family visits. Or maybe your whole house needs to be reimagined around the way you live today.

Our portfolio is full of Boulder County homes that started with conversations just like those, and became spaces built around the people who actually live there.

Take a look around and see which projects spark ideas for your own place.

Looking at finished homes can tell you a lot about a builder, but at Petra, we think how you get there matters just as much.

Remodeling is personal. You’re inviting us into your home, trusting us with a big investment, and working alongside The Pack for months (or even longer).

That’s why we focus on the people, the communication, and the relationship we build along the way.

Thinking about adding extra space on your property?

An accessory dwelling unit (ADU) might be the perfect solution. It can be a space for older family members or adult children to live independently, a backyard cottage for long-term guests, a customized home office, or just extra space for your family to chill.

Whatever you’re imagining, the Petra Pack is ready to help you build it with a design-build process that makes your experience smooth and fun, resulting in a space built around your expectations.
