Celebrating Jason W, our dedicated Service Account Representative 🌟

Jason is a key member of the Timberline team. He specializes in building strong client relationships and delivering proactive HVAC solutions, including preventative maintenance programs, system upgrades, and helps support a variety of Timberlines strategic accounts.
He works closely with property managers, facility teams, and ownership groups to understand their needs and provide reliable, cost-effective solutions that improve system performance and reduce downtime.

Jason is known for his responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to coordinate projects seamlessly from initial conversation through completion. His relationship-driven approach and commitment to customer service continue to help drive growth and strengthen partnerships across the Front Range.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys spending time outdoors—whether it’s golfing, fishing, elk hunting, or getting up into the mountains. He values time with friends and family and takes full advantage of everything Colorado has to offer.

Meet our newest Service Retrofit Coordinator, Holly!

"I am a Colorado native. I’ve been in construction for almost 15 years. I started off in new home construction plumbing and have had experience in all various trades involving construction. In my free time I love spending time at home with my husband, our four kids and three dogs. We love hiking, biking, cooking, and eating."

Since joining us in October, Holly has hit the ground running and has quickly become an invaluable part of our team!

Meet our new Office Manager, Allishea!

Allishea grew up on a ranch in Montana and relocated to Colorado in 2013. She holds a degree in Business Administration and Finance and spent 11 years working at an accounting firm before joining Timberline. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, baking, traveling to new places, and getting creative with DIY projects. Allishea is a rockstar and has already helped streamline processes inhouse to gain operational efficiencies. She’s a great team player and we’re all excited to have her on the Timberline team!
