Behind JROC, it’s the two of us figuring things out, making decisions, working through challenges, and building something we believe in.

Running a business together definitely keeps us busy, and some days are easier than others. But at the end of the day, we’re grateful we get to do this side by side.

JROC is a big part of our lives, but so is making time for each other along the way. ❤️

A look back at this one. 🦺
It’s easy to focus on the finished product, but there’s a lot that happens between the before and after. Plans change, details get worked through, and plenty of hours go into getting everything where it needs to be.

These photos show two different stages of the same project, and it’s good to take a minute to look back at the work that went into getting from one to the other.

That’s a big part of what we do, and we’re happy to share a little of it with you.

At the end of the day, you have to do what makes sense for you.

People are going to have opinions no matter what you do.

Some will question it.
Some will cheer you on.
Some won’t care either way.

But they’re not the ones doing the work, taking the risks, or living your life.

So keep your head down, do good work, and keep moving forward. 🦺

Sometimes a picture says more than we intended it to.

This wasn’t planned or posed to look this way.

Rocco Montana was simply doing the work, carrying a piece of the structure. But when we saw the picture afterward, the resemblance was hard to miss.

It got us thinking about how much we all carry.

Some things are part of the work. Some things are part of life. Some are responsibilities we choose, and some are simply things we’re called to carry with faith.

The work can be heavy sometimes — literally and figuratively. But there’s something meaningful about showing up, doing your part, and continuing to move forward.

Just another day at JROC. 🔨

Most days, you’ll find Rocco somewhere in the middle of the work—measuring something, figuring something out, building, fixing, or probably doing five things at once. 😂

These are the parts of the job you don’t always see in the finished photos, but they’re a pretty big part of what we do.

Money can’t buy you happiness, but it can buy you a new kitchen. 😂🔨

A kitchen remodel can change a lot more than the cabinets and countertops. It can make the space work better for your family, give you room to actually cook and gather, and make you enjoy being in your own home a whole lot more.
