Job Posting: Property Management/Construction Crew (Full or Part Time)
Description:
Split Creek Management is looking to add a hardworking and passionate individual to their management and construction team. Our focus is to provide turnkey service to our clients to ensure their time is spent enjoying the Northwoods no matter the season. We strive to make our clients dreams come true no matter the size of the project.
Responsibilities:
Facilitate seasonal property open/close tasks
Help with dock and lift installs/removals
Perform general landscape tasks, including lawn care, landscape maintenance, spring and fall cleanups, flower planting
Complete house checks and inspect properties to ensure operations are running smoothly
Assist with large and small construction tasks, from new construction to maintenance projects
Requirements:
Attention to detail and focus on high quality work
Work as a team with a positive attitude
Desire to learn and improve skills
Experience in construction preferred but not mandatory
Understanding of property maintenance and landscape tasks
Strong communication skills
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Pay:
Based on experience and skill set
