Just wrapped up this repaint.This is the 3rd commercial job plus this clients personal home over that last 15 years. This job was spec for Interior Regal Matte finish, but after rolling out a couple full walls for color selection for client to see ‘pick” I notice a lot of flashing.
“Strike ins.” The General contractor/ painter didn’t PVA walls and rolled a super cheap clay interior flat. The porosity of previous paint soaked up a lot of the vehicle and binder from
The regal , So we pivoted and went Regal Flat. We saved the day for our client. ❤️

The Garden shed is finally finished. Wow it turns out so beautiful.I love helping our clients vision come to fruition. The T&G soffits are installed and the finishing touches are done. I love how the distressed door came out. The client wanted the door to look old and stressed. The siding stain is woodluxe semi transparent. The color was also chosen to make the new shed look old. The doors are finished in gell stain and five coats of Marnie spar varnish.
