Attention City Solutions potential clients, and to my vast array of fans, here is your highly anticipated annual PSA:

☆ During this years pandemi-winter make sure to; stay properly hydrated- water water water, lighten up on the coffee, energy drinks, creatine (your boy here gets cramps like nana) and various other stimulants as they deplete the body's natural bubbler and leave us dehydrated and often times disoriented.

☆ Get plenty of rest and recovery time; we are all heroes so i shouldn't have to advise going to bed early and waking up early, the times of staying up too late and not listening to our bodies is a long, painful pasttime that noone wants to revisit.

☆ Have plenty of fun in the sun; just because you don't have a skiff or boogieboard doesn't mean you can't go for a walk/hike, train in the gym (to release those damn deranged endorphins) { bzz bzz} As humans we require alot of time in nature and in the vitamin D range

☆ don't overdue it! If you need a break are tired or just plain hurting, do things in steps or phases as to not overwork certain vital organs, the heart especially!! People pass away every year from shoveling, not knowing how taxing it actually is on the nervous system and certain muscle groups.

Donate some of your valuable time to a local soup kitchen or various organizations dedicated to helping those who are less fortunate, in desperate need of a helping hand, or a random act of kindness. Imagine pulling up to a light and seeing your brother or sister, aunt or uncle cousin nephew niece or childhood friend, outside in down on more than just their luck. That awful feeling that comes over you while imagining these terrible things isn't even half of the pain or just freezing elements that some of these people have to endure. Let's practice chivalry honor and respect this holiday season and get back to what really matters.
