TRI Construction In 1969, TRI Construction Co., Inc. became established in the business world led by Armand J Fasoli, Frank Fasoli Sr and Paul Fasoli Sr.

Armand being brought up with construction in his background pursued the industry. With the maturity of his two sons Frank and Paul and a strong bond of unity passed between the three, a triangle was formed. From this derived the company name “TRI Construction Co., Inc.” referring to the three men. Through tough times, TRI Construction Co., Inc. struggled to stay afloat, but always seemed to manage

to succeed. Tri Construction Co., Inc. began in 1969 with one pickup truck and three highly motivated and willing men. Today TRI Construction Co., Inc. is a multi-million dollar company with numerous employees, a fleet of trucks and heavy equipment and an incredible and impeccable reputation in and around the city of Boston.

We are thrilled to be underway with a 7,000 SF office fitout for Aerotek’s new location in Braintree, MA. Working alongside and for our trusted partner, The Flatley Company, we are transforming a vanilla box shell space into a modern, cutting-edge tenant fit-out!

The finished project will feature:
• Private offices
• Open-concept work and kitchen spaces
• Custom millwork and wall coverings
• Custom 8-foot tall stained doors
• A large, frameless glass entrance

This project is scheduled for completion by the end of February. Stay tuned for updates and the final reveal!

2026 Project Spotlight: Griff’s Game Room at Emerson College! ✨

We’re excited to share our recently completed project at Emerson College! We transformed two classrooms and a joining hallway into “Griff’s,” a vibrant new student lounge and game room.

The goal was to create the ultimate student hangout, and this space is packed with features for relaxing and having fun, including:

•Visitors are welcomed through a stunning new frameless glass entrance, set against a custom wall graphic that celebrates the unique history of the Emerson community.
•Billiard tables, air hockey, and classic arcade games are located throughout the space.
•Modern student furniture for gathering and socializing.
•Electronic wall displays and movie posters to complete the vibe.

We’re thrilled to share the latest advancements on our office fit-out project for The Vertex Companies in Braintree, MA, in collaboration with our esteemed client, the Flatley Company.

As we transform this +/- 12,000 SF space, we are making significant progress on several key elements:

Completion of Offices and Conference Rooms:
- Frameless Glass Partition Walls:
Installing stunning glass walls to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the main entrance and office areas.
- Acoustical Ceiling Modifications:
Improving sound quality and comfort within the workspace.
- HVAC System Enhancements:
Installing additional HVAC systems and modifying existing ones to match the new layout.
- Electrical and Fire Protection Modifications:
Upgrading systems to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the space.
